I have never done yoga before. Can I book a session with you or join your class?

Absolutely! It is a common misconception that yogis must be flexible or fit. Ultimately, yoga is intended to help calm the mind and connect to the body, so the soul can observe itself. My yoga philosophy is founded on trauma-informed work and the firm belief that yoga is for every body. I will meet you where you are at, whether you’ve done yoga for years or are brand new!

What is covered in a spiritual healing session?

Only you can inspire the changes in life that you want to see - but life is confusing, and tapping into emotional and spiritual wisdom from your higher self can certainly help give you a jumpstart. We cover any current struggles or obstacles you are facing in life, areas you feel vulnerable or are still healing, and any questions you have about your soul path. From here, I apply a range of modalities custom to your needs - tarot, oracle, energy work, and more. My goal is for you to leave this session feeling reassured in your life path, with some additional hints from your higher self to incorporate!

How does a remote tarot reading work? Is it effective?

Remote energy work is just as feasible as in-person energy work. I settle into a quiet space and start by taking a few moments to center myself in your energy. Once tapped in, I am able to advise with your questions just as an in-person reading would. Remote readings can be great for flexibility, allowing you the time and space to really consider the questions you’d like answered, and granting the privacy to explore parts of self that you may not normally.

What if I have follow-up questions?

I offer remote readings in a two different formats. Phone call sessions allow for us to chat 1-on-1 and get into the nitty-gritty. I recommend this format for anyone who may have follow-up questions, or anyone who prefers a back-and-forth dialogue.

I also offer readings via voice memo, which is great for anyone who would like to save their reading and listen back to it later. For voice memo readings, I take questions ahead of time (allowing you to be as detailed or as vague as you’d like to be!) and channel energy remotely. Because services are based on time, I do not accept follow-up questions after your reading time.
